To officially cancel or terminate the agreement, the student
must notify Boatwise directly in writing to 72 Woodman Road
South Hampton NH 03827.
If notice is received 14 days before the start of class-
full refund of deposit will be processed within 14 days.
If a Student has a Complaint of any sort, please address it
in writing with Instructor first. If satisfactory resolution
is not accomplished, please contact the Owner via email at

school, the student may then contact:

There are no courses that a student might have taken in the
past that are transferable into Boatwise Marine Training.
Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be
subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations.
