Refund Policy (Students in NH, RI, ME,VT, CT)
To officially cancel or terminate the agreement, the student must notify Boatwise directly by contacting the administration office at Captains@Boatwise.com.
Notice of Cancellation must be received 14 days before the start of the class.
All refunds shall be paid within 14 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal.
Complaint Process:
If a Student has a Complaint of any sort, please address it in writing with Instructor first. If satisfactory resolution is not accomplished, please contact the Owner via email at captains@boatwise.com.
If the Owner’s final determination is in favor of the school, the student may then contact:

Transfer Credit:
There are no courses that a student might have taken in the past that are transferable into Boatwise Marine Training.
Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations.
